FIRST FRIDAYS!
I am excited to announce a new thing we will doing at the studio…first Fridays! Every first Friday of the month, we will come together and learn something new or just gain a better grasp of a technique {FREE}. We will also plan on eating lunch together…we can all bring something to share or have something delivered!
Here’s our schedule:::
March 7::: Jeanette will go over tips and tricks for trimming your wheel thrown piece. Please make sure you have a leather hard piece you can practice on. Depending on size of group we may need to share wheels.
***Bring a soup, sandwiches, crackers, etc to share.
April 4:::: Water Etching. Together we will explore the technique of water etching. You will need to bring a leather hard piece (wheel thrown or hand built)
****Should we order in Hatch?
May 9::: (This will actually be the second Friday since we have market May 3) Bird houses on the wheel with Ashley. Ashley will teach you how to make a closed form on the wheel and alter it to make a birdhouse.
